RPI Management, Inc., Housing Agent for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), is seeking an Affordable Housing Communications Specialist to support communication and coordination for move-in, move-out, and lease-up processes within the Housing Choice Voucher, Project-Based, and HUD-VASH programs we manage.
Job Description:
The Communications Specialist plays a key role in supporting tenants, landlords, and applicants through all stages of the move and lease-up process. This position ensures that tenants and landlords receive clear, timely, and accurate information about housing program requirements, move-in documentation, and leasing procedures.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a supportive and professional approach with all partners.

Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
