We manage some of the area’s top‑performing furnished properties — from modern downtown lofts to cozy neighborhood stays — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a self‑starter who thrives on variety, creativity, and getting things done. This unique role blends marketing and operations , making it perfect for someone who loves real estate, hospitality, and digital media. What You’ll Do 25% – Marketing & Growth Build and manage digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) that attract new STR owners interested in having Guardian manage their properties. Create and manage content that builds Guardian’s brand presence in the Fargo‑Moorhead area. Develop lead funnels and creative campaigns (e.g., “Airbnb My Home in Fargo”) to help us grow by 1 new owner per month . Help improve our online reputation and presence through reviews, website, local partnerships, and social media engagement. 75% – Property Management Operations Assist with leasing, renewals, and guest communications for MTR and STR units. Schedule and conduct unit showings and walkthroughs. Coordinate cleaning, restocking and furnishing of Airbnb units. Support property setup, inspections, and maintenance coordination. Provide excellent service to tenants, guests, and owners — sometimes during evenings or weekends. What We’re Looking For Strong marketing and digital media skills (experience with Meta Ads, Canva, or similar tools is a plus). Excellent communication and organization. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure. Interest in real estate, design, or hospitality. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
