We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a fast-growing Danish telecommunications company through its next phase of strategic development and international expansion. The ideal candidate is a strong, people-focused leader with a proven ability to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence in a competitive, technology-driven industry. You will work closely with the Board of Directors to define strategic priorities, strengthen the companys market position, and ensure long-term profitability and sustainability. An annual salary will be negotiated in the single-digit million range. A company car is included, and all flights exceeding four hours will be in business class. The position involves approximately 15% travel time.
