Job Summary:
The Communications Agent supports internal and external communication efforts, helping craft messages, respond to inquiries, and maintain consistent brand communication.
Responsibilities:
Draft emails, announcements, and basic public communications
Respond to customer and client questions professionally
Maintain communication logs and contact lists
Support public relations and outreach initiatives
Help monitor brand mentions and media activity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to maintain professionalism in all messaging
Basic understanding of communication, customer service, or media
