We are currently seeking a Corporate Change Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for leading and managing the change management activities within Corporate Human Resources (HR). With a deep understanding of business processes and system thinking, this position is responsible for working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure a smooth and successful implementation and adoption of Corporate HR changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for projects, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training plans, resistance management plans, and adoption measurement plans.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with project teams, the business stakeholders, and the change champions to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities across project phases and workstreams.
  • Designs and delivers engaging and effective change management interventions, such as presentations, workshops, webinars, newsletters, surveys, and feedback sessions, to inform, educate, and prepare the end users .
  • Maintains documentation of change management processes, procedures, and outcomes. Identify and manage the change resistance and issues that may arise during projects and provide appropriate support and solutions to end users and stakeholders.
  • Evaluates and measures the change outcomes and benefits of projects and ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of the Workday system.
  • Demonstrates the values and mission of Insperity throughout the department and the Company.
  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field or four years of related experience is required.

  • Five to seven years of experience in change management, preferably in enterprise software implementation, such as Workday is required.
  • Certification in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Workday. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage independently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization..
  • Ability to successfully plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment following project timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive successful results.
