Salary and Benefits

• Salary range of $200,000 to $230,000 annually, depending on experience
• Eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available (preloaded if needed)

• Flexible schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for adult patients (approximately 95% adults)
• See approximately 2 patients per hour
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums
• Perform routine cleanings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and other general dental procedures
• Collaborate with local medical center for surgical or complex dental cases
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Work closely with 2 hygienists, dental techs, and the Dental Director
• Foster a team-oriented, patient-centered environment

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Clear and active license to practice dentistry in the state of Arizona
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• DEA license and current CPR certification
• Commitment to serving underserved populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Eligible for NHSC loan repayment program (preferred but not required)
• Visa sponsorship available (H1B and J1 considered)
