Job Description
EA-PA-OM-Reporting to President and a Portfolio Manager –
Seeking EA with 3-10 years' experience
*Each person has their own office (including this new hire!) and answers their own phones*
*MUST be willing to help with monthly events that take place at the office for philanthropy and fundraising
EA work consists primarily of calendar management, internal & external meetings, some travel coordination and ad hoc projects
PA work is 10% of the job for his personal travel-90% of the job is being a strong EA who can manage calendar/travel/emails/events.
PA work for Portfolio Manager is 75% dealing with his 2 philanthropies, events and apartments.
Straight 9-5 for most days.
