Job Description We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, enjoys crafting clean and purposeful visuals, and can translate complex ideas into clear, high-impact communications. What You’ll Be Doing Create compelling visual materials across a variety of formats, including presentations, diagrams, marketing collateral, manuals, and digital graphics Build and refine PowerPoint decks and presentation templates that clearly communicate technical concepts and strategic messaging Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and business development teams to support visual storytelling needs Contribute to the evolution of Saronic’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints Translate abstract or technical information into visual frameworks that are clear, concise, and aligned with our brand Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly with an eye toward both detail and clarity What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or engineering environment A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work, with a focus on visual communication and storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus High competence in building professional presentations (PowerPoint) with an understanding of how to organize and visualize complex narratives Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting designs based on strategic input Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Familiarity with design trends and best practices in the tech and defense industries is a plus.
