In this role, you will support the design process from initial conceptual design through construction. Key Responsibilities Support multiple client projects at different phases, from design development through to completion of construction/installation Support the management of ongoing project deliverables for clients and contractors Finish and fixtures selections and specifications Develop design boards and other visual communication techniques to communicate an overall design concept and finish and fixture selections Specifying furnishings, wall coverings, floor coverings, and other decorative elements Specifying architectural elements such as doors, windows, flooring, and millwork Support delivering on time and on budget projects Develop construction documents, elevation drawings, millwork drawings, plumbing and electrical schematics, details, schedules and specs Support with project management and administration throughout construction Qualifications 4+ years of experience in the residential interior design field Proficient with AutoCAD Experience in residential design, renovations, and construction project management Knowledge of finishes, fixtures, materials, and specifications and ability to meet independently with clients to discuss pricing, selections, and drawings Familiarity with residential design standards and construction processes Ability to travel to projects, industry events, etc. when needed Strong visual, oral, and written communication skills Ability to work self-sufficiently and think independently Compensation and Benefits Competitive Annual Salary + Full Benefits Package + Remote Working Style Full Benefits Package – healthcare (100% covered by the employer), Life, 401K with match, Reimbursements, PTO, flexible work environment (remote working style), and more For immediate review and consideration, contact: Jordan Kravetzky - Jordan@InteriorTalent.com For all active Interior Talent job listings, please visit Jobs.InteriorTalent.com Why work with Interior Talent?
