PEI focuses on strategic advisory for clients in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. PEI is comprised of a dedicated team of trusted advisors with extensive experience in the industry, many of whom have worked together since 2014. PEI serves clients with long-standing relationships, advising market‑leaders in the power and energy sectors—including financial sponsors, renewables developers and independent power companies—on a variety of M&A, strategic advisory and capital‑raising activities (both debt and equity). Position Overview PEI is seeking Full‑Time Senior Analysts to join the team and support the growth of this independent advisory practice. The role offers the opportunity to join at the ground level of a growing franchise. PEI’s goal is to develop talent organically and promote internally, providing the new hire with ample opportunity to grow within a boutique investment banking platform. Timeline Immediate Start Location Tampa, Florida Key Responsibilities Work with senior banking officers and professionals and participate in client transaction projects or assignments as a junior member of the Investment Banking team. Analyze and build sophisticated financial data and models used in client proposals and strategic plans. Prepare presentations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals. Evaluate a company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends. Prepare and deliver presentations. Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, debt and equity transaction expertise. Qualifications Strong interest in the Power/Renewables/Energy sector. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Highly motivated, self‑directed individual. Strong client management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines. Team player with the ability to work independently as well.
