Job Description We seek an Associate Director for Global Sourcing Activations to develop and execute global scientific sourcing campaigns, attract strategic partners, and source breakthrough innovations aligned with J&J IM strategies. Responsibilities Design and implement global scientific sourcing campaigns and events. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of innovation efforts with broader communication initiatives. Support event planning and execution, oversee materials creation, and report outcomes. Manage personal development and team leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; PhD in Biological Science preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in brand/product marketing and events. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and developing program content. Strong analytical, writing, digital marketing, and organizational skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and demonstrate inclusive leadership. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $120,000 - $207,000 USD. Includes performance bonuses, health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additional Information Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
