Role Description

Eat. Play. Love OT is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on candidate preference.

The OT will provide high-quality pediatric therapy services, conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate closely with families and caregivers, and help children build the foundational skills they need to thrive at home, school, and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric OT services using a play-based, relationship-centered approach
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-informed interventions for sensory, motor, feeding, behavioral, and developmental needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Provide parent coaching and home strategies
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with best practices
  • Manage your schedule with flexibility and autonomy
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and optional community programming

Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California
  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Strong pediatric clinical skills
  • Experience working with children in any therapeutic or educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in caregiver coaching and family collaboration
  • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and self-start
  • Organized, reliable, and excited to grow within a supportive team
