Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Puller to join our team. The Order Puller will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pull and prepare customer orders according to pick tickets or electronic systems.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if certified).
Ensure orders are complete, properly packaged, and labeled.
Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and replenishing stock as needed.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or order pulling experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs] repeatedly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
