Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of data-driven digital products within the food and food processing industry. This long-term contract position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams to create impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agile environments and a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product functionalities based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Develop and manage a product roadmap informed by market trends, user feedback, and business requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital solutions.
• Create and present data visualizations to communicate product performance and adoption metrics.
• Promote agile best practices and mentor team members in improving product development processes.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Utilize knowledge of digital architecture to design competitive and scalable solutions.
