Scrum Master (Development Background)

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite) / Brentwood, TN (Onsite)

What is in it for you?

Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master from a Development background with 8+ years in Health Plan IT projects, driving successful delivery of HealthRules Payor implementations through expert stakeholder management, team leadership, and Agile excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate experience in managing Health Plan IT Projects.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups or scrum calls, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and regular senior management reporting.
• Lead and directly manage a team of client resources in the delivery of project-based activities.
• Demonstrate excellence and proven experience in managing project stakeholders, project teams, risks, schedules, and budgets.
• Play a key role in client relationship management and handle a wide range of communication and escalations that demand a high degree of diplomacy, discretion, insight, and judgment.
• Manage timelines, resolve problems, and coach team members on Agile methodologies.
• Create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

Educational Qualifications:

Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong in Agile methodologies and Health Plan domain.
• Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, especially Scrum.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Ensure successful client-based delivery of HealthRules Payor software product and its configuration, interfaces, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Must work onsite in Malvern, PA or Brentwood, TN.
• Looking for someone from a Development background.
