Fully remote position – work from home or your office. What You Will Do In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek the right answer for the customer using everyday language. Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and a PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing the Intuit brand. Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
