About Us Infinitum Electric has developed a breakthrough electric motor that’s significantly smaller, smarter, and more efficient. Our vision is to embed our technology in everything from HVAC systems to electric vehicles. Infinitum Electric is looking for a full-time Senior Netsuite Administrator. We have recently completed a large Series D funding and will be using those proceeds to double our workforce for the 3rd year in a row over the next 12 months. Although we have a very flexible work environment, this role is expected to be in the office the majority of the time. The Role Infinitum has implemented Netsuite as our global ERP across all geographies and product lines. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Netsuite Administrator with manufacturing experience responsible for managing our company’s financial platforms. The ideal candidate will be someone that can both get into the weeds and complete a project, as well as someone who can step back and think strategically. We view this role as the person who will lead the buildout of our internal Netsuite team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is driving value and efficiency for the organization Maintain and support the NetSuite ERP applications and related 3rd party integrations for internal stakeholders Design, implement and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the organization's business needs Support end‑user requests for new saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration Support and help manage the change management and release process for NetSuite Provide front‑line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and change protocols Develop and execute plans for managing information technology and security for the organization, including activities to be performed in‑house or through third‑party relationships to best manage the organization's information systems Configure NetSuite to support transaction flow from source applications and systems Support a worldwide user base that uses a suite of cloud‑based Finance systems Research and resolve issues, assist in outlining enhancements and administering user access to the system Map existing processes and create new/revised processes Perform day to day NetSuite Administrator duties User Training (Process/Systems) Following the industry‑established process for change and release management for public companies Qualifications & Skills Nice‑to‑Have Financial NetSuite ERP System Administration experience Understanding of business financial processes Strong attention to detail, goal‑oriented Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities Commitment to excellent customer service; successful in dealing with company personnel at all levels Ability to work independently Project Management experience Understanding of customizations and business processes as they relate to financial systems Detail orientation with a mindset towards meeting high standards for financial system operations Demonstrated time management skills and including multi‑tasking, and the ability to meet deadlines Works independently with limited supervision, interacting effectively with and quickly gaining the respect and support of team members Must‑Have Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT, business/computer science and/or Accounting), or equivalent experience is required 5+ years of hands‑on experience with NetSuite Administration and Implementations Required certifications in Netsuite Administrator Prior NetSuite experience at a manufacturing company Other certifications (desirable), Netsuite SuiteCloud Developer, PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI‑PBA), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Understanding of general Finance & Accounting and how to apply to system management Strong NetSuite Administrator‑level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite Demonstrates a full understanding of the NetSuite stack and experience with all NetSuite modules (Order to Case and Fulfillment, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.) Experience with Segregation of Duties and SOX controls What's in it for You?
