Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative messaging solutions, is seeking a UX Researcher V to join their team. As a UX Researcher V, you will be part of the User Experience Research department supporting Messenger Notifications & Search teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a passion for enhancing user experiences, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: UX Researcher V Location: New York, NY - onsite position Pay Range: 50-55/hr Job Responsibilities Design and execute custom research to identify user needs and preferences. Conduct quantitative studies, including survey design, data cleaning, and analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored survey experiences and inform ranking and machine learning models. Advocate for user needs across all organizational levels and synthesize findings into compelling storytelling through presentations, reports, and workshops. Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure research insights are integrated into product development. Qualifications BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in product or user research environments. Proficiency in research design, survey development, data analysis (including regression, ANOVA, t-tests, Chi Square), and tools like Python, R, or SPSS. Experience with online research tools for survey implementation and data analysis. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
