This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a proactive individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks from home. The successful candidate will assist with physician scheduling, coordinate information with payroll services, and support departmental operations across three jurisdictions: D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle all administrative duties related to radiology operations, with no clinical or medical responsibilities.
- Schedule physicians and coordinate necessary information with external payroll services.
- Manage communication via phone and email, providing exceptional remote support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Support scheduling across multiple jurisdictions (D.C., Maryland, Virginia).
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including document organization and supply management.
**Role Requirements:**
- Focus solely on administrative duties; no clinical or medical responsibilities required.
- Prior experience or knowledge of medical or healthcare settings is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing phone responsibilities effectively.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Flexibility to cover multiple jurisdictions and adapt to departmental needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within healthcare or radiology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
